Job Description
An experienced Sales / Business Development Manager is required to join an established team selling customer service and contact centre software solutions to the telecommunications market with experience of selling into either Latin America, Eastern Europe or the Middle East.
Our client is a leading provider of multichannel customer service and knowledge management software for on-site or on-demand deployment. They provide Global 2000 companies with Enterprise Interaction Management (EIM) software to transform traditional call centers, help desks, and web customer service operations into multichannel customer interaction hubs.
This is a new business sales role selling direct or via business partners (channel/VAR) where you will use your sales, product and organisational skills as well as marketplace intelligence to generate opportunity and influence customer decisions and assist them in meeting their needs.
You will have a 3-5 years experience selling CRM/call-contact centre or knowledge management software to the telco market; a good track record of selling into one or more of the following regions Latin America, Eastern Europe or the Middle East with local language skills appropriate to the location. You will be used to selling high value applications (£200-500k) to all levels of an organisation, working with autonomy and taking full ownership for business generation.
