Job Description
Senior Account Manager required for a highly successful communications agency delivering integrated end-to-end marketing solutions for global brands such as Sky, British Gas, Vodafone, and Centrica.
The ideal candidate will have come from a similar agency where you have worked for some years on a wide range of projects delivered through a variety of media including print, digital and experiential. Some internal communications experience would be advantageous.
As a Senior Account Manager (SAM), you will be capable of both tactical and strategic thinking, shaping what clients want and then making it happen. You will be used to tight deadlines and working creatively within a defined budget.
As you would expect from a winning agency, you will also be presentable, articulate, committed and a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude – proud to work for one of the leading agencies outside London.

• Advising and educating clients, building their trust and confidence in Avvio
• Ensuring that clients’ expectations are met - and exceeded
• Keeping clients continually updated and informed
• Retaining all profitable and potentially profitable clients
• Identifying and maximising growth opportunities within your accounts
• Working on and attending pitches, supporting your team
• Keeping the Account Director updated on all client campaigns
• A willingness to see the project through from start to end.
