Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a fast growing global company offering quality banking software solutions. Reporting to the Regional Director and Global HR Manager the position exists in the Client Services area and contributes to bring the organization’s performance to the best-fit position in financial success, employee productivity, employee commitment, company responsibility.
The Regional HR Manager will be experienced in generalist roles which includes a large diversity of tasks and responsibilities from recruitment and selection to training, retention, termination, legal compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
The HR Manager will work with line managers to implement key business initiatives, planning and recommending HR strategies.
The successful candidate will have worked in HR management in multi national mid-sized organisations and will have good experience of: acquisitions and integration of companies; Conducting and finalizing the social plan in place by integrating company HR procedures; organizing required training programs for the newly acquired employees; communicating with the local workforces and trade union; Harmonize the employee’s benefits and employment conditions and amend the employment contracts accordingly.
Skills & qualifications
• Minimum 5-10 years’ HR management experience in a banking environment.
• University degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management.
• Strong relationship and communication skills and a capacity to set up an efficient network with employees and line managers.
• Strong experience and understanding of French labour law.
• Strong acquisition experience
• Capacity in planning, organizing and working in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Strong and efficient communication and presentation skills. Advanced level in Excel, PowerPoint and HR software systems (preferably Oracle HRMS).
• Fluency in French.
• Broad Finance understanding and mind-set.
