Job Description
Due to expansion our client is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Plant Account Manager to generate sales revenue in engineering software products, services, training and subscriptions.
Since 1984, our client has provided information that will effectively create, manage and publish engineering content critical to the profitable construction and management of complex assets. One of the largest software companies in the world, our clients reach spans the globe, serving more than 300,000 professionals and more than 20,000 companies and organizations.
You will be required to develop relationships at various levels through the use of direct sales techniques and meeting with assigned end-users; set up and perform product demonstrations and closing sales to meet the revenue goals; Participate in sales events such as: trade shows, territory product demonstration seminars, user specific technical demonstrations, etc.
Minimum requirements:
• Proven sales experience of technical engineering IT-solutions, like CAD, LCM, analysis/design software, project/document management solutions etc.
• Experienced in structured sales to large and complex organizations preferably in the Process, Oil, Gas or manufacturing industries.
• A successful track record of selling software, or technical products or services. Preferably form larger companies with defined processes.
• Graduate level education preferably in an Engineering related discipline.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
Travel throughout the assigned territory is required 40-60% of the time. Since each sales territory may span numerous countries and metropolitan areas, car and airplane travel with overnight lodging may be required. When not at a customer site, work is in a pleasant office environment.
