Job Description
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Inside Sales Manager working the French region based in Amsterdam selling remote business connectivity / collaboration tools.
You will be responsible for leading and managing quarterly and annual Booking Commitment Goals. The role manages a team of corporate sales reps with direct responsibility of driving and exceeding new bookings targets for that team. Provides input to the strategic Sales plan. Provides leadership and conveys the strategic vision to assigned Corporate Sales team related to productivity and revenue expectations of their team. Ensures consistent sales training, delivery and personal career development training across the assigned team.
The successful candidate will have:
• Proven track record of success.
• 3+ years relevant sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Experience with C-level and multi-level selling.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Internet.
• Knowledge of strategic selling, sales methodologies, and sales industry best practices.
• Track record of leading, managing, mentoring and training inside sales representatives. This includes a strong acumen for inside sales metrics and a managing to measurable goals.
• BA/BSc in Business Administration or equivalent. Related sales and management experience may be substituted.
• You must speak fluent English and a further European language to a business level
